Taste of Thai Express

I really enjoy ordering from Taste of Thai Express. But, I don't like the inconsistencies among delivery drivers. Some of them come into the building and deliver to my office, and others just call and want me to meet them in the parking lot. Of course, I would prefer it to be delivered to my office, and that is what I'm tipping for. So, I suggest the managers decide on a consistent expectation of delivery method and have their drivers stick to it. I tip in advance during online payment, and would prefer to know the level of delivery service to expect when deciding on how generous that tip should be.
Otherwise, thanks for the good food and timely delivery!

I've ordered from here before and it was great, but the universe was out to get me this time because my curry opened in the bag and spilled everywhere AND my iced tea spilled while I was trying to deal with the curry. Definitely didn't get my $20 worth but it's not the restaurants fault. Still my favorite food in Ithaca.

I ordered from Taste of Thai and after three hours of calling back and forth I found out they didn't begin cooking my food. While the food was great, it was incredibly disappointing to wait so long. I wound up going to pick up my food instead of waiting another hour (which would have made it 4 hours).

i ordered dinner to share with a friend. it came about 20 minutes earlier than promised. the tom kha soup was a little saltier than usual. the spinach and peanut sauce was excellent, especially with the extra veggies. some of the best thai food in town!

I got the vegetable egg rolls, thai fried rice, and mango cheesecake. I liked them all, though I didn't like the fried rice as much as I thought I would. Overall good experience--the delivery came pretty fast (within maybe 25-30 minutes).

The food was delicious, the portions are big and the prices are fair. The delivery arrived easier than the approximate time given by seamless. I just would like to get a notification when the food is ready, so that I know it is on its way.
